We're sorry to hear that your husband accidentally cut your cable line but accidents happen and I'm confident our technicians will be able to help get that repaired. I'm glad to hear that you have an appointment tomorrow and the technician should be able to repair the line during the appointment. How long it would take would depend on the scope of the repairs which our tech will determine upon arrival.
Technician fees can cost $100 unless the issue being addressed is with our equipment or wiring in which case there is no cost. The fee is applied when the issue is with the wiring inside the home or with any third party equipment.
