Cut cable line

Construction workers had the lines marked and are installing a silt fence next door. They cut my cable line coming to my property. It needs to be splice back together. Per the construction workers it was supposed to be buried 18 inches and was only buried about four.

yes, it’s affecting my service because I have none. I called customer service and they told me the earliest they could get out of tomorrow late afternoon. Is there anyway someone can come today to fix this line… It just needs to be splice back together
