user_9xnzqi Thank you for reaching out! You should be able to use the Xfinity app to schedule a technician visit to have the line repaired, especially if your services have been impacted. 
 
*Simply open the Xfinity app.
*Select WiFi and click the Troubleshoot option.
*If the option to run the test isn’t available in the Xfinity app, try updating to the latest version.
*If our system detects a problem we can’t fix online, you’ll have the option to schedule a technician visit.
