Cut cable line

My fence builders just severed my underground cable line. Can I get somebody out here ASAP to fix it? Nobody answers the Customer Service phone.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Unfortunately sending a direct message to you by this method simply does not work. I have tried it for the last hour. In addition, I was on the phone talking to a computerized menu. Nobody seems to want to answer the phone to learn exactly what the known problem is
