Cut cable line

Our cable line was cut and we are having trouble contacting Xfinity to repair. The automated chat sends us in circles and there is no customer service phone number listed to speak to a live agent. How do we get our cut cable line repaired as this is a safety issue…

How do you send a direct message? Could you provide a link to do so because we don’t see a contact form anywhere on the Xfinity website or app.

user_kj - Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message
