Hello @user_b17h9f, thank you for reaching out to our Forum and for trying to take advantage of those self-service options to manage your account. What type of issue are you running into when you attempt to process your payment? Are you using the Xfinity website, Xfinity app, or both?

I tried 2 cards and it keeps telling me it won’t take them? My other card had to be ready issued.

I tried calling and wasn’t able to speak with anyone. It’s all automated so did work for me to get help?

@user_b17h9f, you wouldn't actually speak to a representative to pay your bill through 1-800-xfinity, you would just follow the prompts to navigate to the automatic payment section. Are you trying to make a payment on our website or the Xfinity app? Also, what error message or error code are you specifically seeing when you attempt to make a payment?

@user_b17h9f, Just to confirm, the cards you're attempting to pay with are newly issued and activated from your financial institution? These day's it's always easier to make those payments online, I totally get it, but in the meantime we have some other convenient ways to Make a Payment. Have your tried to make a payment via phone call? It's pretty easy and all automatic as well.
