Hello, @user_bz3ir5 - Sorry to hear you're running into error APPS-04036 with Paramount+! Since standard power cycling (unplugging the TV, box, and Wi-Fi) didn't resolve the issue, this error code typically points to a temporary data cache discrepancy or an authentication handshake issue on the box itself. Here are a few targeted steps to try:

Clear Local App Data:

- Press the Xfinity / Home button on your remote and go to Settings (gear icon).

- Navigate to Privacy > Clear Local App Data.

- Confirm the prompt to clear the data. Your TV box will take a moment to process this and reset app-specific cached files. (Note: You may need to sign back into Paramount+ afterward.)

Run a System Refresh:

- Press the Voice button on your Xfinity Remote and say "System Refresh", or go to Settings > Device Settings > System Refresh.

- Select Refresh Now. This takes about 5 to 10 minutes and re-syncs your TV box's entitlements and system credentials with our backend servers without wiping your settings.

Check Subscription Entitlements:

- If you subscribe to Paramount+ directly through us, make sure your account status is active by navigating to Apps > Manage Apps or checking your subscriptions menu on the box to re-link your provider credentials.

If the error persists after trying a local app data clear and a system refresh, it likely indicates a temporary backend signal drop or an outage with the Paramount+ app build, and an agent here can take a closer look at your box's signal levels! Just let us know how the above checks go when you get a chance :)
