Customer support

Trying to figure  out when my internet service will be cut on. Technician came out twice said it was a line issue. Every time i call customer support they act like it's the first time they have heard  of the problem. Been since 7/10 since they installed  modem and don't think they understand that internet never worked. Is there someone I can talk to that knows anything at xfinity? And how to get in touch with them?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_wn7wnp, and thank you for reaching out through our Xfinity Community Forums. I'm truly sorry to hear you've been dealing with this since July 10th and still don't have working internet service. I can understand how frustrating it would be to have technicians out more than once and having to start over when reaching out to support. You've come to the right place. Our team can take a closer look at the account, review the history of the visits and any notes that have been documented, and see what information is available regarding the reported line issue. I'll do our best to help get you pointed in the right direction and provide as much clarity as possible. When you have a moment, please send a direct message with your full name and service address.

Once we locate the account, we'll review everything and work with you from there. Our team is here to help. 💙
