Customer support

This is absolutely the worst customer support I’ve ever had. I’ve talked to 10 different people over the last two months about my cancellation that I did two months ago. Everyone said they would cancel it for me and yet they have not. They continue to bill me. I’ve had to cancel my card. This last time I just got off I got disconnected three different times due to technical difficulties. They can’t even support their own chat room let alone service Internet. And the customer support person is too busy asking me what the weather is like what I like to do with sunny days and telling me to go get other beverages while I wait.  This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with

I can't even get connected to most of the Comcast help sites.  I get one of three responses:  "An error has occurred."  "Access denied."  or , best of all, "Firefox has detected that the server is redirectiing the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
