Why is there no way to reach this company and get a live person? Today my new router was thrown at my house literally I found it out of the box laying on the porch broken modem thrown at my house. Who do I call and what is the phone number

Well if there are only BOTS, WHY CAN'T WE REACH HUMANS?

@XfinityJohnG you should think about how you treat xfinity customer asking for help.  this is not help, this is basic to saying f you. 

FYI @XfinityJohnG I tried holding for 20 minutes, hung up, called again, waited 30 minutes, and then got disconnected.  YOU HELPED HUH?

1800 xfinity is a holding pattern for IGNORING CUSTOMERS, WHO PAY YOUR SALARY AND ARE DUE SERVICE. shouting in-case you missed the point
