Customer Support Phone Number
I need the number to customer support so someone can explain to me why I'm not being notified when work is being done. This is the second time network has been worked on this week with ZERO communication made to my email or mobile.

Generally speaking, the best way to receive updates and notifications for all network maintenance activity is through our amazing 'Xfinity' app. Do you have that app on your phone yet? Routine maintenance announcements are usually posted on your main login page a week in advance. It will also be the first place where any updates or changes will be posted for unexpected or unplanned maintenance work. You can have push notifications enabled through the app, or you can elect to receive updates through SMS or email, if you prefer.
