This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting  has great information on how to fix your Internet services,  as this will connect you with one of our awesome Xfinity chat assistant that will do some remote troubleshooting to fix your connection issues.

If the issues cannot be fixed remotely the awesome Xfinity chat assistant will connect you with the live agent that can go ahead and schedule a technician to come out and be hands on to find and fix the connection issues you're having.
