Customer Support for ongoing internet issues

I have been having issues with my internet, especially wifi on and off for months  now. I would have tried to get help sooner but have not had the emotional capacity to deal with holding for customer service, etc until now. I work from home so connnection is EXTREMELY important. That is usually fine (being connected) but my Wifi is a whole other issue. As of last night I can no longer use it to watch TV in my bedroom. Can someone from Xfinity please respond or contact me to help??

Hello @user_lbe025, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear how long you’ve been dealing with these internet and Wi-Fi issues, especially while working from home and needing a reliable connection every day. Other than your bedroom TV experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi, are there any other devices?
