Customer support deceptive practices
A customer service sold me a xumo box and I was told my bill will be lower and I will have all the channels which I currently have on my plan which is the Popular Tv. I agreed and seemed to be a good deal, more channels and faster internet and lower bill. NOT! I got the box and my channels are not there. I called customer service to fix the problem and that what I was told was all wrong. I was passed along about 10 customer support at this point and nobody can get my bill back to where it was before and instead I was told if I want my Popular Tv plan back I will have to pay more over $200 from my original $174. Nobody is able to help. I was told someone will call me back and nobody did and I have been getting this run around for several weeks now. It’s a deceptive practice and customer service told me to just forgive the mistake etc but nobody is able to help me fix my bill back. I don’t want a lower bill I just want my old plan back to where it was before this whole xumo mess that they had made. I am livid and wasted more than 48jrs of my time with customer support with no help. I read the policy and customer guarantees and none of them was applied to me as customer. Nobody or any supervisor was able to reprimand the person who sold me a deceptive deal and when I contact support that are trying to sell me another deal with another box. This is absolutely unacceptable practices. No customer should endure this deceptive selling practices and to pay more to fix the issues that Xfinity support had made.
