Customer Supplied Third party non Xfinity supplied Modem inquiry (how to confirm modem not still registered to an account prior to use)
Hello,
Interested in using an approved Xfinity 3rd-party modem (ARRIS T25, non Xfinity-supplied modem). How / where can the MAC address be checked / confirmed not still registered to an account prior to using?

user_ry7duk We can easily check on the status here from our end. Traditionally, when we attempt to enter the device into our system, it would provide us a status if it is not able to be added. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
