Customer service/price hike without notice

The customer service completely disregarded my question about Veterans discount, had so much background noise that I could barely hear her or her hear me! My internet service had a $20 price increase with no notice at all! Highly upset with a major headache after that noisy phone call and am looking for another provider-shame on you xfinity-do better by your customers!
