Customer service/general account set up issues
I have never experienced such major issues with a large company before. Iv heard nonstop complaints and figured I'd try anyway. My internet isn't even set up yet and I'm over it. Difficulty setting up account online. Difficulty correcting it in store. Difficulty setting up hulu/peacock threw account. Then at 115 while I'm home staring at the front door waiting for my installation I get a text saying they missed me. No you didn't no one ever came to my door!
Horrible i don't know why people still use xfinity.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
