Customer Service/buying xfi-pods

I know I've seen other older posts so hoping there is something new....are there any other extenders that are compatible to the newest Gateway. My husband wants to stream in the detached garage. And here is my feedback on the customer service side of things...

If you would like me to purchase things from you.:
1) Make sure your website knows that I have your latest and "greatest" modem/router and that it is compatible with your xfi-pods
2) If you are going to bother giving me access to a chat, make sure the person chatting can actually help me instead of referring me to the customer service reps
3) Make sure your representatives can call other xfinity departments so they can find me help instead of just giving me another phone number
4) Don't force me to go through an FAQ because it will give me higher priority when they connect me to an agent...but then don't connect me to an agent
5) Don't tell me there are only two options...wait to find out if they can figure out why the website keeps telling me to upgrade (adding on that you have no idea how much time that may take) or go that I have to go to a store that I can't call.
So...If your only fix requires that I get in my car and drive 30 minutes to go to your store to buy a product for ONLINE SERVICE, then I don't need your product. Look, I know it isn't the representatives' fault....they apologized profusely and I was not rude to them. It is a system's issue. So fix your system.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

That is certainly not the experience we aim for. I appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Were you successful in adding xFi Pods to your account or do you still need assistance with this matter?
