Customer service

Like many other people on the forum I have been having issues with the Hulu activation part of the included bundle. Nobody seems to have a fix to this problem. We are in Federal Way area.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Communities Forums page, @user_p8b228. I'd like to do everything I can to help with the Disney+, Hulu activation. Do you currently have it as part of our Stream Saver package or as part of a Gigabit or higher internet plan?
