Customer Service

I have been trying to fix my constantly dropping wifi with customer service who tells me nothing is wrong and then proceeded to ignore my messages and then switched people which do did nothing but insist I purchase additional services. I am so frustrated when they just tell me to turn it off and on again like I haven’t been doing that myself (which I told them that ). I finally was told that it’s is busy on a “Sunday” so I just have to suck it up until it’s not as busy to get better connection.
