user_w2c4r0 when you have a moment send us a direct message so we can help you here!  You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page. If you don't see an icon, you can use this link.

That just takes me to conversations I need to speak to representative by phone is that possible

user_w2c4r0 Shoot! Are you logged in? Try these, and see if that helps. Please let me know if you run into any other issues. 
 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
