Customer service

I tried chat and a call to customer service.  Suffice to say since I am here, my issue was not resolved satisfactorily.  Hopefully, I can direct message with an agent that can help.  Thanks

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, @user_km0i3. It should be the square speech bubble at the top, just to the right of the Xfinity logo.
