I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a service incident that occurred this afternoon.

While I was aware that a technician was scheduled to arrive at some point to dig for our new service line, I was not informed of the specific date or time. There was no prior communication—neither by phone call nor message—advising me of a visit today.

I was abruptly woken during my rest period for work, only to find an unfamiliar individual accessing our property without my prior knowledge or consent. The individual claimed to have sent a message or made a phone call, but I did not receive any form of communication. This lack of notice, combined with the unexpected presence of a stranger, left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and concerned.

Additionally, I was informed that another individual will be coming again, but no specific date or time was provided.

I expect proper notice and clear communication before any future visits. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
