Customer Service

Today I had the worst customer service from Xfinity that I have every had from any company.  I spent literally six hours with Xfinity customer service and that was only after I had done a search online for my issue and another longer search trying to find a way to actually speak to a live person. Then I spent hours giving my same information, answering the same quesstions, and having to explain the issue over and over and over again.

I want to send in a complaint to someone in authority but, surprise surprise, I can't find anywhere online to submit a complaint.  The only oprtion is to submit a compliment.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today, despite your recent experience. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the great customer service we expect for our customers, and I can certainly help on my end. Here on Forums, we are a full-service team, so you're in good hands. Can you also tell me more about your initial concern and how we can help?

Are you serious? This is exactly the kind of non-support I’ve been dealing with. I keep having to repeat myself from call to call, and now even here on the forum—just unbelievable.

Why can’t someone simply pick up the phone and have a real conversation with a customer? Isn’t that the bare minimum for customer service?

This needs to change.
