The worst. My cable has gone down 6 times in 4 months. Technical support is a joke. It is impossible to speak to a live person or make an appointment. The text assistant is a joke.

To schedule a tech visit with Xfinity, you can log in to your Xfinity account on the website or app, troubleshoot your device, and then request a technician appointment. Once the visit is set, you can use https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/prepare-for-your-service-visit to prepare for the appointment.
