Customer Service

This is my 3rd day without Internet. They only service my TV/Internet. I was trying their TV service out before giving them my Mobile as well. Now.....I will never use this Company for anything! I'm so frustrated at your lack of loyalty to your customers. You could care less. I can't even cancel my service with them because no one ever answers the fricken phone. I'm over it! Fix it!!

Are you seeing a service interruption notification via the Xfinity App? Are your TV services working as expected?
