As a Xifinity customer for 12 years you would think dealing with corporate office would be easy but the corporate office keep me the run around. I had the pleasure of speaking with the corporate agent Clarisa that keep giving me the run around and I had to ask her 5 time to speak to a supervisor before I could speak to one. Changes were made to the account and I wanted to speak to the supervisor again, and I ended up with the same agent who claim that she can’t transfer me to supervisor in which she did before
