Why can’t you talk to a live person????? All you assistant texts back is there is an outage in the area. We had the same problem about 60 days ago and it me saying I wanted to sign up for new service to finally get a live person.

How is it an outage when my bedroom televisions work? The box is 4 years old, our modem has already been upgraded but not the television box. Outage map shows we are the only one with an issue. Automated system doesn’t allow you to deviate from preprogrammed questions, and they don’t cover the problem. i am betting that this problem will never be resolved because it is going to take a live person to understand the issue. And Xfinity doesn’t care!!!!!!

user_nwe55y Our local teams work as fast, and safe as possible to have service interruptions resolved. The Xfinity app, or Xfinity Status Center will have the most up to date information regarding service interruptions in the area.
