Customer service
Your customer service is terrible. It is impossible to get through the defensive phone tree and talk to a person. The app told me a technician was required and the earliest appointment was 4 DAYS away. Really? I said I want to cancel all my services. That got a call back. Amazing! Then I said I want to cancel, the rep said let me get you to the right person, and then hung up on me.
