Customer service

Billing sucks and I'm a customer for over 15years and was told by 2 different live agents that they would be helping me and gave me an extension till the 24th and DON'T you know it they LIED!!!! THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL!!!! Woke up to my services being disconnected and can't speak to no live person on the phone...This is unacceptable...These live agents on the chats should not be allowed to lie like this to customers for ratings. Now I have to struggle for hrs to try and talk to a live person by calling after 7 am....I'm ready to soon say goodbye to Comcast and find some where else to go!!!!! Shame on you Comcast!!!!!!

It sounds awful to wake up without the services you expected to be available, especially after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. That's definitely not the experience we want our valued customers
 
I can absolutely understand your anger and disappointment. It's especially tough when you're trying to resolve an issue and feel like you're hitting a wall. I would like to take a look at your account and see if there's anything I can do to help. Would you mind sending me a private message with your full name and service address? I'll do my best to investigate what happened and explore all available options to get your services restored and address those billing issues.
