@user_3w3ayy It would depend on if there is a credit balance on the account. Our refund process only moves forward if you have a credit balance that we can put back to the recent payment method we received the payment from. If there is a charge balance on the account, we would not be able to refund the double payment and you would need to reach out to your financial institution for your options on getting the payment reversed. There is a fee that is imposed from our end and possibly your financial institution for reversing payments that have already processed.
