Customer service
I had signed up for xfinity internet and tv. Since my neighborhood has never had xfinity they needed to dig a line to my house. I was told that between ordering to have my yard marked for digging and digging would be a total of 14 days. They came and marked my yard then told me it would be another 30 days before they came and dig.. i called xfinity and my rep to just cancel my service and not 1 time did they offer any type of solution to keep me as a customer. I had xfinity before with no issues.. looks like i will find another provider
