I have been trying to get my refund for almost a month and after dealing with the customer service people who are very rude for days and hours at a time they finally said they would refund me when 7 days passed and i still didnt get my refund i called the guy said i wadnt getting a refund and told me to go to the office and show them me and my sons bank statements where they took thr money out but i was already told i wad getting a regund because i spent hours explaining so why now are they changing it i can show our banks accounts because they did charge us both but after closing the account they still were charging my son and he told them to take his account off sbd now there saying my account was the one paying only but thats not true and i was already told they saw the 2 accounts and i was getting my refund so what do i need to do
