Experienced horrible customer service by phone. Online chat not sufficient. A customer should be able to access service by phone.

What details do you need? There needs to be a readily apparent way to speak with an actual person without having to jump through troubleshooting steps each time.. Shouldn’t be too difficult to add a “press one to speak to a live service rep” function.
