Customer Service

are xfinity service reps supposed to ask why you need to speak to a supervisor?  I never heard of anything like that. Usually if someone requests to speak to a supervisor you try to handle it by saying “I know you need to speak to one but is there anything I can help you with” something along those lines. This rep wasn’t understanding my question and it was frustrating me because she was not getting what I had to say so I asked to speak to a supervisor she said “Why?” I said because you’re not understanding me she said “that’s not a good enough reason I need details” like WHAT?!? When did customer service get so bad!! I work in CS so I get it it’s frustrating but I felt extremely disrespected.

Good morning @xyzasiax I apologize for the poor experience. If you need assistance, we would be happy to help.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
