Dear Xfinity Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have recently experienced. Not only was my internet out for an extended period, but your team also failed to provide any meaningful assistance, despite my repeated attempts to seek help.

1. Misinformation About Outages: I was told there was an outage, but I have reason to believe this information was inaccurate. No concrete updates or timelines were provided, leaving me unable to plan or manage the situation effectively.

2. Lack of Accountability and Support: When I sought help to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference. Your representatives refused to send a technician to address the problem and denied my request to speak with a manager.

3. Impact on My Business: This disruption had a significant negative impact on my business operations. I rely on consistent and reliable internet service, and Xfinity’s failure to deliver has caused unnecessary stress and loss.

This level of service is unacceptable for any customer, let alone one who depends on your services for their livelihood. I expect an immediate investigation into this matter and a resolution to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, I request:

• A thorough explanation of what caused the issue.

• A proper resolution, including any applicable service credits or compensation for the disruption.

• Assurance that your team will take responsibility and improve communication with customers in similar situations.
