customer service
I am being threatened with being turned over to a collection agency. I turned my equipment on July 6 2024 but xfininty still is trying to charge me for service. Multiple agents have lied to me, they are working on it and then they drop my connection. I will never go back to xfininty and tell everyone about xfininty, this is the worse customer service I have ever experience. Obviously, top management does not care. I gave the receipt number but the agents do not care or unable to resolve the issue. Why would I ever consider to come back to xfininty for any service?
