Customer service for Xfinity is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! But of course they know that already. Not everything can be solved by unplugging and replugging. Honestly I dont know why this company is so successful.

Thanks for reaching out to us I do apologize for any inconvenience,  we do have remote troubleshooting steps that we take that do require for you to unplug and plug your devices back in.

 

Our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  is a great troubleshooting tool you can use to troubleshoot your services

 

 if the issues cannot be fixed remotely are awesome Xfinity chat assistant will schedule a technician to come out to your home to be hands on to fix those issues.
