Xfinity has the worst by far customer service every time you call you can’t get through to anyone but the damn automated system when you schedule for someone to come out to fix your Internet, I keep getting text every 3 to 4 hours stating that the problem has been resolved, but it has not technician never arrive yet. I keep getting this text regarding my service issues that the service that they know the service is down and the technician will be there shortly to restore your service, every 3 to 4 hours I continue getting these text. I need a direct line to call to go straight to customer service instead of this automated system that keeps sending you in the loop until you get frustrated and hang up.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
