DO NOT GET SERVICE-Horrible customer service I made a payment arrangement and called a live agent she confirmed my services would not be disconnected but my services were disconnected.

Comcast is known for the most frustrating customer service.  They go out of their way to make it almost impossible to speak with an agent.  And then they apologize as if that’s supposed to help.  I’m a senior who has a hard time texting.  I am a "diamond" customer who pays more than three thousand dollars a year. Yet if there is a problem the fight to speak with an agent is so  stressful that it’s easier to just give up. Idk how any company can get away with treating it’s supposedly "valued" customers this way.
