customer service

how do I contact customer service to provide feedback? I don't want to chat - I just want to send by an email to an email address or some other means send customer feedback and receive acknowledgement back that my message was received. It's ridiculous trying to find an answer to any questions, everything you click just circles back to where you were. When you try to search previous posts for help the search results are worthless and have nothing to do with what you searched. That's not my feedback - just 20 minutes of frustration looking for how to contact customer service to provide feedback. Don't direct me to chat which keeps saying it doesn't understand and offers suggestion topics unrelated to my inquiry, And I don't want to call otherwise I would - calling is just another never ending circling back to options to select to better help direct you to where you need to be directed. If there is a website that rates customer service then Comcast/xfinity has to be rated the absolute worst. In the amount of time it would take to write and send an email, I could have sent 20 emails for the amount of time it takes to try to find help.

Thank you for that feedback @user_a47985. I am sorry you feel the chat on the website and finding answers on forums to not be quick. I will forward this feedback and if you go to http://my.xfinity.com and scroll to the bottom there will be a link that says "Submit Feedback". That is where you will want to provide your feedback.

Agree whole heartedly. Xfinity customer service is not only poor, it's non-existent. I called and the tree limits me to only those things Xfinity wants to talk about. None of the options addressed my issue. I tried messenger and the login is broken. I put in my Xfinity password and when I hit enter, it changes the password and tells me it the wrong login credentials. Xfinity is the 800 lb. gorilla, so they're customer service is not a priority. I wish their was another viable option, but there isn't. So, I'll just have to experience ongoing problems with Xfinity and suffer through it with no help available. #xfinityfrustrated
