I've been a Comcast customer for over 20 years. six months ago after a power outage we lost voice service. It has still not been fixed despite having paid the full bill on time every month since. I've have contacted Comcast in my area at least eleven times to report the problem. Each time there have been promises, no resolution.
Sorry to hear about this! To make sure I have my ducks in a row, you have not had a dial tone in 6 months? The other services are working? Let's get this all figured out for you.

You charged me: Xfinity Mobile monthly fee $64.58. Comcast monthly fee $75.00. Total $139.58
It is completed different from your salesman told me total $92.10. I contacted you countless times the problem is not solved. Please take this matter seriously!
