Customer service 😡

I called Customer Service and she was very rude 😡 She told me she didn’t have time to stay on the phone with me because other customers were waiting! I’ve been a Customer for 21 years!! I’m not getting my emails on my IPhone but she couldn’t take the time to help me!

I am sorry about your experience with customer service but head over to Email & Web Browsing and post your issue [not your complaint] about not receiving email on your iPhone and you should get help there.

You at least were able to talk to a representative. Now when I am logged in, I see no option to do that.

When I click on 'Contact Customer Support' at the bottom of one of their Web pages, all I get is the ability to open their useless automated "Ask Infinity". (Tried it again just now.)

 

I've tried to use it to ask a simple question about upgrading my service. The automated answers I get are useless. 😠
