Customer service x1 app

How do I send a complaint to someone that may actually fix my problem? Corporate office or someone else?  The Xfinity TV remote application no longer works and I was told by your support team that Xfinity is not allowing access or support for that application and there is no replacement. 

I am disabled and I cannot hold a regular remote control, nor do I have the strength in my fingers to press down on a button. The Xfinity app was a game changer for me. I am bedridden and TV is my life. I cannot do anything in my life by myself, but I used to be able to at least control the TV with the Xfinity app on my IPhone. Now you took away a perfectly good application that helps so many people, but why? Money? If you had a replacement I can understand, but there is nothing.

I need this application to control the cable box. can someone please either reinstate the application, or give me a specific app that I can get to replace it? Do not just say any universal remote app will work, because they make you buy it to find out it does not work. Please do the legwork and recommend the specific application. By discontinuing this app, You took away what little independence and dignity that I had left. Very depressing.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
