Customer Service tried to give me the mobile promotion and messed up

I was on the phone with Xfinity mobile and they said they could give me the current promotion. The call hung up and now I don't have mobile service at all. I asked them if anything would change and they told me no. I have no idea what they did but now I don't have mobile service and the AI assistant just says that my service was disconnected even though it wasn't or shouldn't be. How can I just chat with a live person to get this fixed?

Hello user_7s69mj thank you so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums with this no service concern! We want to do everything possible to assist. Are you currently with Xfinity Mobile, or another provider? If you're with Xfinity Mobile, were you trying to upgrade to a new phone?
