Customer service terrible

I haven’t had WiFi for 4 days. I’ve had appointments cancelled without my knowledge and fake appointments made because rep didn’t want to deal with my issues.  After 17 years I’m going to be done with Xfinity.  Get representatives that can help and don’t lie.

To confirm, have you recently reviewed our Internet Troubleshooting Tips and/or utilized the Xfinity App to troubleshoot your connection? Is it just WiFi (wireless devices) or does it affect any hardwired devices, too (if applicable)?
