Customer Service Survey

I had a good experience with a cashier when returning an xfinity router. He gave me some helpful info that actually made me consider switching back to xfinity from Verizon. Normally receipts have like a survey link or qr codes on the bottom but I couldn't find one on my receipt so I'm dming you guys. The receipt number is [Edit: Personal Identifiable Information], and the cashier number is BR9.
