Customer service survey
Hello I recently went into my local xfinity store to add on a line. We'll I wanted to give the agent a 10 rating but when I received the text to rate, I didn't realize it was regarding the agent since the text was saying " the xfinity app." I gave it a 8 then thought oh! Maybe that was the survey for the actual agent. So I want to double. Triple check if I can do anything to fix the survey for that agent I had when added my line

To send a Direct Message:
