Customer service support
In 2026 it shouldn't be this hard to reach a LIVE AGENT for help. Then the computer (that what AI is) tell you it will be less than 10 minutes but you end up waiting for almost an hour. Bad AI customer service is enough for me to cancel my account and not be bothered with the headache. Oh, the prices is just crazy high.
