Customer service supervisor

I keep having issues with my modem and have talked to 5 chat agents and 3 people on the phone. They keep promising they will send someone out to help me at my convenience, but instead book appointments when I’ve told them in not available. I’m paying for internet that doesn’t work, and anytime I try to reach out; I keep being sent in an endless troubleshooting loop.
